Our Process
Define & Discover

Define the business goals, review current practices and materials. Gain insights from current staff and stakeholders, potential clients/customers, and competitors. 

Define the strategy.
Refine & Create

Refine existing brand assets and/or create branding system and application guidelines. Develop a comprehensive strategy and processes for communicating the brand story across all touchpoints, including but not limited to web/digital communication, print/ packaging, and marketing/sales materials. 

Execute the strategy.
Iterate & Deliver

Design and implement new brand collateral, web/digital assets and any other deliverables aiding in the communication of the brand story and increasing customer or client engagement and conversion. Implement a comprehensive planning and review strategy that includes considering ongoing dynamic content, SEO best practices, scheduled progress reviews, and analytics tracking.

Brandon Wooten

Creative Director, Co-Founder

Brandon graduated from the University of Virginia and completed the McIntire Business Institute at UVa's McIntire School of Business. Working for a decade as an in-house and freelance designer for brands such as Estee Lauder Companies, Ecko Unltd, Zoo York, and Nike, Brandon designed everything from logos and packaging to websites and branded store interiors.

Brandon has a passion for entrepreneurship and working with brands - both large and small - as they explore growth opportunities through design. In addition to his role at ID Company, Brandon also serves Creative Director for Grit Coffee and The Wool Factory, bringing the full breadth of his skillset to bear on behalf of these "in house" brands.

Account Director, Co-Founder

Also a graduate of the University of Virginia, Brad has worked as Production Director for a design and publishing company based in Charlottesville, serving both national and international clients. He has managed large scale projects for organizations such as the U.S. Postal Service, Ethiopian Airlines, World Vision and Cru, and brings a wealth of knowledge about how things get made.

In addition to his role at ID Company, Brad serves as CEO/CFO of Grit Coffee and The Wool Factory in Charlottesville. Brad holds the title of "double-hoo" after completing an MBA program at the Darden School of Business in 2015.
